Wieland Concast lends a hand to Toledo’s Ronald McDonald House

Toledo, OH — November 3, 2025 — For many people in northwestern Ohio, Labor Day 2024 was a day for cookouts and one last trip to the lake. But for Wieland Concast’s Adrian Hall, the holiday would forever change his family dynamics—in the best way. More than a month before her due date, Adrian’s daughter, Adrianna, went into labor, and in the early hours of the next morning welcomed twins Amari and Aaniyah at ProMedica’s Russell J. Ebeid Children’s Hospital in Toledo. While the babies gained strength in the NICU—and during the weeks Adrianna spent in the hospital before their arrival, she found stability, support, and a place to rest at the Ronald McDonald House. In total, Adrianna spent 70 nights under their care, a lifeline during some of the most uncertain days of her family’s journey.

Copper, collaboration, and career growth: Wieland Chase interns visit Wieland Concast

Birmingham, OH — August 11, 2025 — Wieland Chase’s summer internship program concluded on Monday, Aug. 11, with a visit to Wieland Concast’s Wakeman plant in north-central Ohio. Three Trine University engineering students, along with Jacob Haller, a full-time mechanical engineer at Wieland Chase, were hosted by Jared Goran, Vice President of Operations at Wieland Concast. The group spent the day immersed in the world of copper alloys, seeing production up close and gaining insight into how sister companies across the Wieland Group collaborate.
